The perfect afternoon pick me up! This is an alcohol free twist on the classic Espresso Martini.

  1. Brew your Espresso and place in the fridge to chill.
  2. Fill your cocktail glass and cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Combine a splash of Vanilla syrup, your chilled Espresso, and a pinch of salt in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Top with water and shake it like a polaroid picture!
  5. Pour into a chilled glass, and garnish with a couple of coffee beans.

Do you like Piña Coladas?

We might not be able to go anywhere right now, but this one brings all the holiday vibes! A delicious Piña Colada inspired mocktail.

  1. Combine 100ml pineapple juice, 100ml coconut milk, 1tsp icing sugar and a squeeze of lime juice.
  2. Shake it all up in a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass, and garnish with a slice of pineapple or lime.

Mint to be!

A fresh twist on the minty Mojito, this one is sure to brighten up your lockdown!

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, half a fresh lime, cut into wedges and a squeeze of lime juice. Mash it all up!
  2. Bruise 2 fresh mint leaves to release the flavour, before squeezing and adding in!
  3. Add ice to the glass, and top off with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime.

Cucumber Twist!

Let your Saturday night be-Gin, without the gin! An alternative to the classic Gin and Tonic, this one will leave you feeling refreshed.

  1. Puree half a cucumber in a blender.

  2. Combine the cucumber puree with the juice of 1 lemon. Shake it up!

  3. Pour into a chilled glass, filled with ice and top off with soda. Garnish with a cucumber twist.

Strawberry Refresher!

As fresh as a classic Daiquiri, but without the alcohol! Why not change it up and swap out the strawberries for your favourite fruit?

  1. Combine 2 large Strawberries (frozen works best!) with 100ml lemonade, 1tsp sweetener, and the juice of 1 lime.
  2. Top with a handful of ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a strawberry.

So there you have it - our favourite mocktail recipes. That’s your Saturday night sorted! #KeepCheckingIn
