Yes! In addition to the calendar of events throughout the festive period and into the New Year, our party rooms and event spaces are available to hire for private events. To discuss your requirements please email Christmas@village-hotels.com.
We take a non-refundable deposit of £10pp at the time of booking and the final balance is due no later than 31st October. Thereafter, the final balance is due upon booking.
The function room bar will usually open from 7pm and we call guests to take their seats for dinner by 8pm. Music will be played throughout the evening with the DJ kicking off party tunes after your meal. Timings may vary slightly across different events.
Last orders is usually at around 12:30am and the music finishes at approximately 1am.
Yes, drinks can be purchased in advance for Christmas Party Nights. Prior to your event we will email you with a pre-order form to complete so that the drinks are ready and waiting. Payment is required at the time of booking. Pre-ordering is not obligatory.
