Village Rewards is an app that allows Village customers to earn points and get rewarded!
1. EARN POINTS: Members can earn points on qualifying spend in the Pub & Grill and Village Health & Wellness retail shop. Points can be redeemed against purchases in those areas of Village too!
2. GET REWARDED: As well as collecting points, the app can be used to redeem special offers and ‘gifts’ from Village. Members will be able to redeem special offers that are relevant to them. For example our launch offer of 25% off your first transaction and the exclusive gym member discount will appear in the ‘My rewards’ section of the app. These offers will only be visible to the members they apply to.
3. COLLECT STAMPS ON A PUNCH CARD: From time to time punch cards will be available to members - these allow guests to collect ‘stamps’ for a qualifying visits and work towards receiving a gift. This is not currently available for all members.
Every time you spend money in the Village Pub & Grill or in Village Health & Wellness Clubs you will receive points. 1 point is awarded for every £1 spent. These points can then be saved and spent in the Pub & Grill or at our Village Health & Wellness retail shop. 500 points is equal to £5 to spend.
Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for your points to appear in the app. If your points don't appear after 48 hours then please get in touch via the “contact us” section within the app.
Within the Village Rewards app some members will be able to collect a V ‘stamp’ on a punch card and work towards collecting a gift from Village. At the moment this functionality is only available for new Village Health & Wellness members.
Please be aware that ‘punch cards’ are only applicable to certain member profiles. It can take up to 48 hours for a stamp to appear on your punch card, if this does not appear after 48 hours then email us via the “contact us” section within the app.
Hit the big, red ‘Get rewarded’ button within the app and show the QR code to your server at the till. Points will be automatically added to your account within 48 hours.
Simply go to the till with your app and tell the server you want to use your points from your Village Rewards app to pay.

Unfortunately we are not able to process points after a purchase has been made so please remember to do this at the start of your order.
Log into your Village Reward app and and use history button on the “My Account” tab.
We always recommend that you put a password on your phone just to be safe, but if you email us at “Rewards@village-hotels.com” we may be able to protect any point / gifts you have built up.
Points are valid for 12 months and need to be redeemed within 1 year from point of collection.
Each reward or gift is individual and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
If you are attending one of our tribute or party nights and have been given a code when purchasing tickets, simply add the code into the ‘If you have a joining code ADD HERE’ box on the home page in the app. Show your unique QR code to the server and this will then apply the discount.
Yes, when you are ready to use your earned points all points are redeemed in one transaction. Points can not be redeemed separately.
To redeem rewards please show your unique QR code to the server and let them know which reward you would like to redeem on your app. All rewards can only be redeemed once in one transaction.
Village Rewards are unable to amend, cancel or freeze gym memberships. Simply log into your online gym members account with the email address you registered with and let us know of any changes with a click of a button.
Tables can be booked via the rewards app on the home page. If you are looking to amend or cancel a table reservation please follow the instructions in your confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Please make sure that your contact details are up to date in your online account or with the leisure desk and that you are logging in with the contact number you provided when signing up to the gym. If you are still having issues when trying to log in please email us at Rewards@village-hotels.com and we can look into this further.
