Family rooms are available at all Village Hotels, with the exception of our hotels in Bristol, Basingstoke, Southampton Eastleigh and Portsmouth. Family room supplements apply. This supplement is the same for 1 or more children in the room and range between £25-£30 depending on the location. Any additional food requirements such as breakfast or dinner are also chargeable.
This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Flexible rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 3pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 3pm the day prior to arrival. At 3pm the debit or credit card will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Saver or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full is required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking being made. Bookings on these rates are non refundable and non transferable if cancelled.
This depends on the rate you have booked. We can only help with bookings that were made directly through Village. Unfortunately, we cannot help with bookings made through another party, e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com or Expedia - please contact them directly. Saver rate bookings made with Village (where full payment is taken at the time of booking) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flexible rate bookings made with Village can be cancelled free of charge up to 3pm the night prior to your planned arrival day.

We take a non-refundable deposit of £10pp at the time of booking and the final balance is due no later than 31st October. Thereafter, the final balance is due upon booking.
The function room bar will usually open from 7pm and we call guests to take their seats for dinner by 8pm. Music will be played throughout the evening with the DJ kicking off party tunes after your meal. Timings may vary slightly across different events.
Last orders is usually at around 12:30am and the music finishes at approximately 1am.
You will not receive specific tickets however we will send you a confirmation email at the time of booking, which will be followed by reminders and further information in the lead up to your event. Closer to your event we will check if there are any special dietary requirements. Some items on the standard menu may be made gluten free, please check with the hotel you are attending.

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking, the following terms shall apply - for bookings made before 31st October 2024 and cancelled on or before 31st October 2024, Village is entitled to retain a £10 deposit per person for each booking. If you cancel your booking after the 31st October 2024, the full payment will be retained. Any new bookings made from 1st November 2024 are non refundable. Please note that the above terms do not apply to accommodation bookings. Please see T&C's for full information.
Yes, in the event that Village has to cancel your tribute party night, we will refund your booking or offer to transfer your booking to a different date.
No, Village are entitled to retain the full payment for tickets belonging to guests that do not attend. Please see question, 'Can I cancel my booking?' for more information on our cancellation terms.
Unless advertised as a Family Event, party nights are for adults aged 18 and over.
Child tickets can be purchased for children aged 3-12. 2's and under are free of charge, please note that no food is provided for 2's and under.

We take a non-refundable deposit of £10pp at the time of booking and the final balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the event. If booking within 6 weeks of the event date, the full balance is taken at the time of booking.

Village Rewards is an app that allows Village customers to earn points and get rewarded!
1. EARN POINTS: Members can earn points on qualifying spend in the Pub & Grill and Village Health & Wellness retail shop. Points can be redeemed against purchases in those areas of Village too!
2. GET REWARDED: As well as collecting points, the app can be used to redeem special offers and ‘gifts’ from Village. Members will be able to redeem special offers that are relevant to them. For example our launch offer of 25% off your first transaction and the exclusive gym member discount will appear in the ‘My rewards’ section of the app. These offers will only be visible to the members they apply to.
3. COLLECT STAMPS ON A PUNCH CARD: From time to time punch cards will be available to members - these allow guests to collect ‘stamps’ for a qualifying visits and work towards receiving a gift. This is not currently available for all members.
Every time you spend money in the Village Pub & Grill or in Village Health & Wellness Clubs you will receive points. 1 point is awarded for every £1 spent. These points can then be saved and spent in the Pub & Grill or at our Village Health & Wellness retail shop. 500 points is equal to £5 to spend.
Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for your points to appear in the app. If your points don't appear after 48 hours then please get in touch via the “contact us” section within the app.
Within the Village Rewards app some members will be able to collect a V ‘stamp’ on a punch card and work towards collecting a gift from Village. At the moment this functionality is only available for new Village Health & Wellness members.
Please be aware that ‘punch cards’ are only applicable to certain member profiles. It can take up to 48 hours for a stamp to appear on your punch card, if this does not appear after 48 hours then email us via the “contact us” section within the app.

If you are attending one of our tribute or party nights and have been given a code when purchasing tickets, simply add the code into the ‘If you have a joining code ADD HERE’ box on the home page in the app. Show your unique QR code to the server and this will then apply the discount.
Yes, when you are ready to use your earned points all points are redeemed in one transaction. Points can not be redeemed separately.
To redeem rewards please show your unique QR code to the server and let them know which reward you would like to redeem on your app. All rewards can only be redeemed once in one transaction.
Village Rewards are unable to amend, cancel or freeze gym memberships. Simply log into your online gym members account with the email address you registered with and let us know of any changes with a click of a button.
Tables can be booked via the rewards app on the home page. If you are looking to amend or cancel a table reservation please follow the instructions in your confirmation email you received at the time of booking.
Please make sure that your contact details are up to date in your online account or with the leisure desk and that you are logging in with the contact number you provided when signing up to the gym.
