Breakfast is available to add on at the time of booking your stay with us or to pre-purchase prior to check-in for £10 per person. Breakfast items include delicious hot & cold buffet options as well as continental items. Some of our hotel packages include breakfast, please check your booking.

We also offer a walk-in price on the day:

When booking a room online and you have selected your preferred stay dates, you will be presented with a number of room options. Depending on availability, you will be provided with an option to select “Club Room”.

Club rooms contain all the comforts of a standard Village Hotel room plus all of the following; Free parking, access to our gym & pool areas, upgraded in-room toiletries, premium coffee machine with speciality tea & coffee, a reusable water bottle and a sweet treat. Club room guests can also take advantage of a one hour early check in and one hour late check out along with a VWorks coworking hot desk (available at select hotels).

Club rooms feature a number of upgraded in-room features such as a premium coffee machine as well as additional extras and access including free parking and access to our state-of-the-art gym & pool facilities.

Standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out at 11am. Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and the hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. Early check-in is available from 1pm midweek and the weekend standard extra charge of £15 should be applied. Late check-out is available up to 1pm a standard extra charge of £20 should be applied. Subject to availability.

Standard Village Health and Wellness members may use the gym and pool at their nominated club. Black card members can use the facilities at any Village gym location. Some hotel packages include use of leisure facilities in the room package - this is clearly indicated in your rate description. Where leisure club entrance is not included in your rate a £5 entrance fee is charged.

Family rooms are available at all Village Hotels, with the exception of our hotels in Bristol, Basingstoke, Southampton Eastleigh and Portsmouth. Family room supplements apply. This supplement is the same for 1 or more children in the room and range between £25-£30 depending on the location. Any additional food requirements such as breakfast or dinner are also chargeable.

This depends on the rate you have booked. If you are booking a Flexible rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking subject to the cancellation policy below. Debit and credit cards will be charged at 3pm the day prior to arrival for the full amount of your entire stay. The card must be presented to the hotel at check-in. No further charges will be made for cancellations received before 3pm the day prior to arrival. At 3pm the debit or credit card will be charged for the full amount of your entire stay. Declined transactions will result in the reservation being cancelled. If you have booked a Saver or Promotional rate then a credit or debit card is required to secure your booking. Payment in full is required in advance of your stay which will be taken by the hotel within approximately 24 hours of the booking being made. Bookings on these rates are non refundable and non transferable if cancelled.

This depends on the rate you have booked. We can only help with bookings that were made directly through Village. Unfortunately, we cannot help with bookings made through another party, e.g. Booking.com, Hotels.com or Expedia - please contact them directly. Saver rate bookings made with Village (where full payment is taken at the time of booking) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flexible rate bookings made with Village can be cancelled free of charge up to 3pm the night prior to your planned arrival day.

The booking revolution is Village Hotel's exclusive members club - anyone can join and it is free! Booking Revolution members get the ultimate Village Hotel Experience - all Booking Revolution packages include free wifi, parking, pool & gym access and access to a VWorks hotdesk (booking revolution rates only). Benefits are applied to all sleepers in a single room for the booking. Member benefits cannot be used outside of the qualifying stay.
 

Village Hotels have a no pets allowed policy. We do not allow pets in our hotel bedrooms or the public areas, except for Guide or assistance dogs.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout all public areas and bedrooms. The use of E-Cigarettes throughout our hotels is also prohibited, in both public areas and guest bedrooms A £100 charge will apply to anyone found smoking in a bedroom.

All hotels have large car parks for guests and visitors. Parking is free for up to 4 hours. Thereafter local charges apply between Monday and Friday.

Parking is complimentary after 5pm on Fridays until 3pm on Sunday when charges apply.

Cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Parking is complimentary for anyone using VWorks shared workspace. Car parking is included in some corporate rate plans. Please check with your account manager at salessupport@village-hotels.com. The outlined above is applicable to all Village Hotels apart from Village Hotel Swindon where car parking is complimentary.

No. Unfortunately Village Hotels does not offer a laundry service.

Yes requests can be made for a cot, they are subject to availability.
