1. These Conditions apply to all Village Hotel room bookings and supplement the Standard Terms and Conditions which can be found here. In the case of conflict, these Conditions take precedence over the Village Standard Terms and Conditions in relation to room bookings only. 

2. Price and payment 
2.1 Rates quoted are per room, per night based upon the room occupancy selected (unless otherwise specified) and remain subject to availability. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation and for additional occupancy (which will include child supplements). 
2.2 All prices shown are applicable at the time of your Booking, are not valid in conjunction with any   other offer and are subject to change by us without any prior notice. 

 

3. Promotional rates or Booking Revolution Rates 
3.1 Bookings based on promotional rates are taken at the discretion of the individual Village Hotel. All promotional rate offers are subject to availability and change, at the sole discretion of each Village Hotel. Only a certain number of rooms or offers are available at each Village Hotel on selected dates. When this room or offer availability has been reached, the Village Hotel may not, at its sole discretion, accept any more Bookings at those promotional rates, regardless of whether the Village Hotel is fully occupied or not. 
3.2 Rates advertised are ‘from’ rates which represent the lowest price available throughout the duration of the promotion. Peak night supplements may apply and vary according to day of week and season. These rates are applicable for new bookings only. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation. We reserve the right to amend offers as, and when, we deem appropriate 
3.3 For bookings made online via www.village-hotels.co.uk payment for promotional rates is taken at the time of booking. Payment for bookings made via our central reservations team or direct a hotel will be requested within 24 hours of booking via a payment link which will be sent for all bookings. It is your responsibility to follow this link and ensure payment via this link is made. If payment is not made within 24 hours we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Promotional rates are booked on non refundable/non changeable basis. 

 

4. Price and payment 
4.1 A credit or debit card is required to secure your booking at the time of your Booking. 
4.2 Payment for your entire Booking will be taken at the time of making the booking for pre paid rates or on arrival at the hotel for flexible rates using the debit or credit card that you provided to us. 
4.3 If you purchase any extras during your stay, we are authorised by you to collect the full amount of those purchased extras at any time using the credit or debit card details that you have provided to us. 
4.4 If you cancel or postpone a Booking, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:

5.0 Payments to guarantee all bookings 
5.1 Payment for your entire Booking will be taken at the time of making the booking for pre paid rates or on arrival at the hotel for flexible rates using the debit or credit card that you provided to us. 
 

 

6. Guaranteed reservations 
6.1 When you make a Booking with us, your reservation is guaranteed. By this we mean that we will provide the agreed standard of accommodation that you have booked from any of the suitable rooms available at the time you check-in. 
6.2 In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so (including, without limitation, offering the relocation of your booking to another Village Hotel). If this does arise you can: (a) accept the changed arrangements as notified; (b) make an alternative arrangement with us; or (c) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.

Your room may be available before 3pm, however, this cannot be guaranteed and, if required, the Village Hotel will arrange storage of your luggage until your room is ready. 

 

 

8. Early check-in and late check-out 

Early Check-In	Available from 1pm
Late Check-Out	Available until 1pm

Extra charges will apply if you wish to take advantage of either of these offerings, subject to availability, please enquire at time of booking 

9. Breakfast times 
9.1 Breakfast times are displayed in the Village Hotel. 

 

10. Special arrangements 
10.1 Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your special or non-standard requests, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract by us. 

 

11. Child Policy 
11.1 Children are classed as those between the ages of 2 years old to 12 years old 
11.2 When buying a Flexible or Saver rate with meals included children’s meals are included to match the adult meal plan, either room only, breakfast or dinner & breakfast. Promotional inclusions may differ. Please refer to the specific promotion for more information. 
11.3 Infants under 2 years old will be accommodated, where space allows, in a cot, free of charge. 
11.4 All bookings must have at least one guest who is an adult who is aged over the age of 18.
11.5 In respect of Village Hotel Blackpool, only guests over the age of 6, and that weigh less than 150 kg are permitted to use the top bunk bed.

13. Village Gym 
13.1 As a Village Hotel guest you are permitted to use the Village Gym subject to a charge of £5 per room if paid in advance or £5 per person if booked on arrival. You must comply with Village Gym General Terms, which are available here or are available in the Village Gym.
