Rates quoted are per person, per night, inclusive of bed and breakfast, based on 2 people sharing a standard twin/double room. Bookings to be made for holidays taken between 01.05.07 - 31.08.07. These rates are only applicable for new bookings only. Only a certain number of rooms are available at each hotel on selected dates, subject to availability. Please check at time of booking for additional bed charges for children. Normal supplements apply for upgraded accommodation and single room occupancy. We reserve the right to amend this offer as appropriate. Payment in full is required at time of booking and this is non-refundable. These rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Normal Leisure Breaks Brochure terms and condition apply. We monitor business calls for quality control and training purposes.

If making a reservation in a De Vere Hotel or VILLAGE hotel with vibe, the contract for your stay is with De Vere Hotels & Leisure Limited, registered in England No. 418878.
THE PRICE YOU PAY:
VILLAGE: Prices are stated as per room per night (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to availability based on two people sharing a twin/double room. VAT is included at the current prevailing rate where applicable.
Bookings are taken at the discretion of the individual hotel and subject to availability. All prices featured on this website are substantially discounted from the normal tariff and each hotel sets aside a limited number of rooms for guests. When this allocation is reached the hotel cannot usually accept any more bookings at these prices although it may not technically be full. The prices may be restricted or may not apply at some of the hotels at certain times. When a meal is included in the price, the hotel will inform you at check-in of the restaurant in which this is to be taken, and if appropriate the allowance available should you wish to dine à la carte and pay the relevant supplement.
All prices shown are applicable at the time of booking, are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to change without any prior notice. The full price for each break, with the addition of all extras incurred during your stay, is to be settled in full before departure, by cash, cheque with current banker's card, Maestro, JCB, MasterCard, Access, Visa, Diners or American Express.
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil your requests, unfortunately, we can not guarantee these and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract.
CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS BY US:
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can 1) accept the changed arrangements as notified, 2) make an alternative arrangement with us or 3) cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
YOUR MONEY IS SAFE:
In the unlikely event of insolvency, any pre-payments made by you for packages sold within the meaning of Travel Holidays and Package Tours regulations 1992 are secured by a trust of which Messrs Hammond Suddards Trustees Limited are independent Trustees, c/o Wrigleys Solicitors, 19 Cookridge Street, Leeds LS2 3AG.
HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB FACILITIES:
For full details of extra facilities offered, the charges and availability of these please contact the hotel directly. The following conditions apply for De Vere Hotels and VILLAGE hotels with vibe respectively.
VILLAGE hotels with vibe - Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when in the Health & Fitness Club.
Children's times for leisure pool -
Monday - Thursday 9am - 12 noon, 2pm - 5pm.
Friday - Sunday and Bank Holidays 9am - 12 noon, 2pm - 6pm.
Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times when in, or by, the pool area.
It is also recommended that saunas and steam rooms, whirlpool spa, fitness studio and toning tables are not suitable for children under the age of 18.

CAR PARKS:
Most hotels have their own car parks, free of charge. However, cars are left at the owner's/customer's own risk, this also applies when staying on a Before You Fly package. The company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
PET POLICY:
VILLAGE hotels with vibe have a limited number of bedrooms available per night for guests travelling with pets, a cleaning charge of £5.00 per night will apply.

THE EURO:
Prices quoted in the brochure are in pounds sterling. Payment can be made in Euros at any hotel.
COTS/EXTRA BEDS:
Cots are available in most of our hotels, however these are limited and are subject to availability. Please check at the time of booking. A small charge is made for cots and extra beds see hotel of your choice for details.
